A 10 race card for this Saturday. The Maddie May and Gander are the co-features. I will be condensing my plays down to just the number and attacking the early double (Races 1 & 2) and a spot pick 3 (Races 5-7). Big Pete will attack his "Play of the Day" and the late pick 3 (Races 8-10). We appreciate you taking a look at this write-up and GOOD LUCK.

Big Pete's $ 1.00 Late Pick 3:

Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
(3) ROCK STAR REBEL dropped last time and was gaining some through the lane. They drop him a little more and found the right field. Several will try to go early which should set this closer up to come and get them. They switch jockeys to gain a little weight advantage.
I’ll use (1) Drive Thru/Solo Flight, (5) Magic Beach and even use the longshot, (7) Dreamalongwithme as he adds L1 today.
$ 7.00 WPS 3 Cost $ 21.00
$ 5.00 Ex 3 w/ 1, 5, 7 Cost $ 15.00
We’ll also use (3) Rock Star Rebel in R3 and try to cash in on a Daily Double.
(2) Boston's Phinest or (4) Bernieandtherose in the 4th.
$ 7.00 Daily Double 2 w/ 2, 4 Cost $ 14.00
Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 8:
(7) CASCAIS was coming off a long layoff for Brown and may have needed one. The Sheriff returned from that race and ran a big one last week. I like the other Brown (1) EXPECTED VALUE a little more. He was moving well in his 2nd race back from a vacation. They switch to Lezcano for this and just need some help up front to soften the speeds. I like the Atras runner, (4) WINIT going out 2nd time for this outfit. May have lost a couple of lengths at the start last time and Masmak returned from that race to run big. His prior two races got him some decent speed figures, so he seems to be in shape. (8) DOC SULLIVAN finished well last time and may try to steal this one.
$ 7.00 WPS 4 Cost $ 21.00
$ 3.00 Ex 1, 4 w/ 1, 4, 7, 8 Cost $ 18.00
Race 9:
(5) NATIONAL IDENTITY has this group several speed figure points and figures to be tough if he delivers his A game. A single on most tickets and a must-use for me. These 3-year-olds can improve quickly, so we'll include some others in case the favorite takes the afternoon off. (3) MO PLEX will go right from the start, and they will need to reel this guy in. Manny is winning a lot these days, so I have to include him. The wise guy pick is (2) SKYTOWN. He will be a price coming off his maiden score with a decent speed figure. He's yet to miss the board, and the 1M seems within his wheelhouse.
$ 7.00 WPS 3 Cost $ 21.00
$ 3.00 Ex 3, 5 w/ 1, 2, 3, 5 Cost $ 18.00
Race 10:
We'll spread out here as maidens close the show. (2) SWEET LILAC will need to break swiftly to hold her position and may try to wire them. (7) ELENI drops to MCL with some decent speed figures. The easier group could be just what she needed. (8) MOONTOWN has the connections in her corner. They keep sending out contenders, and this one is your filly to beat. I'll try to beat her with the outside runner (11) AWESOME ROBERTA. She added L1 two back and then the blinkers last time. Both did help as she hustled away from the rail last time and may have been used too much. Now she gets to settle in from the outside post and stalk. She comes late for the win.
