Big Pete's "Play of the Day":
Race 3:
With the heavy favorite out, this is Camm Duke's race to lose. He is the main speed and may just lope along up front. The problem is, 7F may be too far for him. I have to take a shot on 1 for 30 runner (5) NOBLE HUNTSMAN as this turf runner can get the distance and can probably handle the off today better than the others. I think Alpha can make Camm work enough to give it up late once again.

Big Pete's Late Pick 3:
Race 6:
(6) BOLD VICTORY joins a hot barn. They have been claiming the whole meet and improving their runners next out. Bold fits the mold and has several races in his pp's that make him a winner if this outfit can get him there again. The entry (1) UNINVITED GUEST is the closer and (1A) CERTIFIED LOVERBOY is the front runner for this one/two punch. Two for the price of one makes sense to get this late pick 3 started. I will try to beat them both with Manny taking the reins on (3) ALTERNATE REALITY in here. This gelding found his best speed figure first out for his new barn last time and then gave him some time before getting back to work in the AM. Feels live against this bunch.

Race 7:
(2) MY FIRST LOVE inherits the favorite role and cuts back to 6F. Manny stays here as well, as they look very likely to get their picture taken. I'll use but throw in a saver with the Ness shipper (6) FLOGE. She has been going two turns recently and now cuts way back to this 6F sprint. I'll give this one an upset chance and lean on her a little more.

Race 8:
(4) BLUE EYED SCOUT has speed and drops. The filly to beat. (3) JE T'ADORE was never involved in her debut and now comes back with L1. Her grandpa, Gold Token, was a freak in the mud, so she's a must-use for me. Two first-time starters, (7) TURBO TRAIN and (8) MARY IN THE IRONS, come in sporting a big bullet work to set them up for this. They are not facing much.
