I will be condensing my plays to just the number and will be taking down the early double (Races 1-2) and a middle pick 3 ( Races 4-6 ) . (5) MESETA might get overlooked in here. She was dull in his 2022 debut but that was an aggressive spot to start his year off. A more realistic spot today and he gets his regular rider back. Maybe L1 has something to do with his last race effort so we’ll give him another chance to find his 2021 form.
Both (1) Missionatthespa and (3) Mr Kringle look like the competition.

(7) MINAUN was moving well but just missed in her 2022 debut. She’ll take a lot of money and a lot of horse to beat her. Franco is in a zone right now and 7:5 may fell like a gift. A must use but I will reach a little in here and give the 6yr Mare, (9) TASS a shot at a minor upset. All three sprints last year came at the Spa & Aqu with there tight turns. Today she gets to sling shot from the wide turns at Belmont and come with a late rally. She was gaining on Miss J McKay last Nov and that one returned earlier this Month to dominate. Lezcano has here only win with her in the past two years.

Race 8:
(6) SHADOLAMO has speed and could wind up all alone up front. She cuts back to a manageable 6.5F for this and should be tough to reel in. (4) BUSTIN BAY will take some money and appears to be faster than these mares. She sports higher numbers lately and should be coming late. (2) SWEET MIA has picked up her game in the last two outings. Baker has her on her toes with some decent works and calls on Rosario to get her home.

Race 9:
We’ll spread out here in the finale. (2) ADDICTED TO YOU cuts back to 6F . He did this back in Nov here and it was his best race on paper. Gomez stays here and they should be come home strong. (4) MISCHIEF MOGUL has burned some money in only two starts. He was claimed last time and tries grass. I like this move and Saez shows up. I’m all in. (7) ON PALM SUNDAY has back to back bullets for Donk in the morning. He’s a Summer Front so the turf should work well for him. (11) GOLD BULLION stopped running half way through his debut race. The Stormy Atlantic influence may have triggered the move to turf. I’m guessing this guy will try to get to the front today. Castellano can carry him the rest of the way
