I can’t get behind any of the runners that have already run. They were bad and now all of them drop. We’ll roll the dice on the four first time starters and hope one of them can run. So (3) BOSSMAKINGBOSSMOVES, (4) PHOEBE’S FROSTY, (5) EMPIRE STATION and (7) KONG LOVES A FIGHT will hopefully get us started on this late pick3. We’ll single the Weaver runner as he is off to a great meet.

Race 8:
We’re going to lean heavy on both Brown runners in the Knickerbocker. (3 SACRED LIFE almost got there last time but I think the 1M may have been too short. The extra furlong will help. (4) L’IMPERATOR has transferred nicely to US soil and looks primed for a big effort. Both look strong against this group..

Race 9:
(1) DEFERRED TAXES drops again for Brown. Not his best move but this is not a scary bunch. Castellano returns and they move back to the turf. (8) BAIL OUT just missed and is the danger here. Davis takes over and they will likely stalk and pounce. He does like 2nd though. I’ll try the outside runner (12) PRAYER BOOK on the drop. He just missed the last time he ran at this level and he picks up a hungry Jr
